Throws Camp
Perhaps the most comprehensive camp in the country. Come learn from internationally recognized coach Don Babbitt. He will teach you safety precautions for all events as well as the fundamentals of the shot put, hammer, discus and javelin.
 
Distance/Middle Distance/Individual Cross Country
Learn race strategy (including pacing and positioning) and training methodology. All phases of the training season.
 
Southeast Region Pole Vault
Coach Petros Kyprianou will host the best ever camp for serious Pole vaulters who want to get better.

High Jump
Learn basic and advanced technique in all phases of the high jump. Develop better bar clearance.

Long Jump / Triple Jump
Better your long jump and triple jump. A) approach run, B) plant and C) take off. Learn plyometric exercises for explosive movement. Develop hitch-kick and hang techniques.

Sprint/Speed Development/Hurdles
Learn how to develop and improve your 40yd time.  Learn how to use starting blocks, hurdle (100mh, 110mh and 400mh), improve reaction time, increase speed, power and racing ability.

Pole Vault Camp

Beginner’s Pole Vault Camp
Advanced Pole Vault Camp
Learn how to vault higher and safer. Learn proper approach, plant, take-off and swing in the pole vault.

Cross Country Team Pre-Season
